Who is it for?
This session is for anyone looking for bouldering coaching. Whether it’s your first or thousandth time, our coaches can teach you the basics of bouldering movements or we can put together specific strength and conditioning exercise programmes to help you climb harder!
Bouldering is an incredible sport for building functional strength, explosive power, agility and your self confidence. Climbing centres always have a great, relaxed atmosphere where you’ll get the chance to meet new people and juxtaposingly get a huge rush from completing your projects.
This can be run as a 1:1 session or as part of a group.
These sessions can be designed to hone your climbing skills, introduce you to new techniques or build strength. Our coaches will be be able to identify the right problems for you and will work alongside you to solve them.
We are based in the South East but we cover the whole of the UK. There are hundreds of Indoor Climbing venues to pick from throughout the UK, so if there’s a particular one you’d like to use please let us know.
What You Need To Bring
A sensible pair of closed toe trainers, preferably laced. If you have your own climbing shoes that is another option. Most centers have climbing shoes that you can hire if you’d prefer.
You do not need to any specialist equipment.
If you have your own equipment please feel free to bring it with you.
Minimum age is 8 – If there is a member of your group who is under this age, please send us a message via our enquiry page as we may be able to make exceptions.
We can travel to various different centers depending on where you’re based.
This is a 3 hour course.
