Compliance
This Level 2 Basic Life Support qualification is regulated, and it equips learners with the necessary skills, knowledge, and practical competence to administer first aid until professional medical help arrives. The qualification is particularly suitable for healthcare professionals seeking to engage in Continued Professional Development (CPD).
The qualification is delivered following the protocols set by the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines.
Duration
A minimum of 3 hours.
We can adjust the schedule to meet your specific requirements as long as it is completed within 3 weeks of starting the course, and a minimum session length of 1 hour. Extra charges will apply.
Syllabus
•Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) • Safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) • Primary Survey • Recovery position • Choking
Numbers
Up to 12 students can be accommodated in the course, provided they are at least 14 years old. Upon completing the course, all students can receive a certificate, subject to assessment. If you require more participants in one day, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to arrange a quote, as multiple instructors will be required.
