Compliance
Heart and circulatory diseases claim around 200,000 lives each year. However, many of these lives could have been saved if a defibrillator was made available. Nowadays, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are becoming more common in public and workplace settings. The survival rate of a casualty can dramatically increase if an AED is available and if appropriately qualified personnel are there to use it. This course not only focuses on the use of an AED but also provides crucial training in resuscitation and choking procedures.
Duration
A minimum of six contact hours in the classroom, consisting of practical and theoretical activities.

Numbers
Up to a maximum of 12 students can be accommodated in the course, provided they are at least 14 years old. Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate can be awarded to all students, subject to assessment. If you require more participants in one day, please contact us to arrange a quote, as multiple instructors will be required.
